How can facilitators encourage community mobilisation around environmental issues?

Sometimes outsiders can catalyse communities to mobilise around an issue. This manual intends to support facilitators seeking to encourage community mobilisation on local environmental issues. It contains a broad overview of what community mobilisation is and how to facilitate communities in identifying and acting upon local concerns. 

More specifically, this guide is designed to support facilitators using the Good People, Good Environment: Community Environmental Awareness Flipchart. It includes tips on how to organise a community meeting and how use the flipchart effectively, as well as self-evaluation forms and activities that can be used after presenting the flipchart modules.
